Day 3: Build across the whole scene

  1. Make the key poses first.
  2. Duplicate frames to create holds.
  3. Add only the in-betweens needed to read the action.
  4. Preview at full speed after each section.
  5. Download the editable .piskel source before leaving.

Day 4: Test, revise, and save again

  1. Show the WIP to a partner or teacher.
  2. Ask what action they saw and what the result was.
  3. Make one specific revision to timing, motion, or visual clarity.
  4. Export a WIP GIF for the checkpoint.
  5. Download the updated editable source.

Targets

Standard: 10 seconds at 12 fps, one clear action with a visible result, intentional timing, and a clean loop or complete ending.

Approved support: 5 to 8 seconds at 8 to 12 fps, one clear motion, and a clean loop or complete ending.
