Topic: Spreadsheet-based business decisions
Objective: Students will analyze spreadsheet calculations of cost, revenue, and profit, then use the results to justify a business advertising decision.
TEKS:
- §126.19(c)(12)(H) — select and use productivity tools found in spread sheet, word processing, and publication applications to create digital artifacts, including reports, graphs, and charts, with increasing complexity.
Demonstration of learning: Completed project worksheet with accurate cost, revenue, and profit calculations, plus an advertisement whose price or message is justified by those results.
