Mini-Project: Build Your HTML Page
Plan one page, build its structure, and publish a link another person can open.
- Tool: CS Discoveries Unit 2, Lesson 5
- Time: one class period
- Turn in: published link, screenshot, and reflection

What to do
- Open Mini-Project: HTML Web Page and read its directions before building.
- Choose a topic you can explain in one page. Plan the title, at least two sections, and one useful list.
- Build one h1, at least two h2 headings, at least four paragraphs, and at least one ordered or unordered list.
- Check that every tag closes and that the preview follows your plan. Ask a classmate to name the page topic after a ten-second look.
- Use Share to publish. Open the link in a new tab and make sure it works before submitting.
If your code is not working
- Return to your plan and build one section at a time.
- If a large part of the page looks wrong, inspect the tag immediately before that section.
- Test the published link in a new tab before asking for help.
Before you submit
- Upload one screenshot showing the finished page.
- Paste the working published link in the submission comment.
- Complete the reflection in the same comment.
Reflection
Write 2 or 3 sentences: "My page is for ____. I organized it into ____ because ____."

Qué hacer

- Prueba el enlace publicado en una pestaña nueva antes de pedir ayuda.
Antes de entregar
- Sube una captura de la página terminada.
- Pega el enlace publicado que funciona en el comentario de la entrega.
- Completa la reflexión en el mismo comentario.
