Build a Career Starting Pool in Xello
Use clusters and saved careers to narrow the field before Step 1.
Objective: Use career clusters and career profiles to build a focused starting pool for the Career Fair.
Demonstration of learning: Save at least one cluster and three careers, then submit screenshots and one explanation.

Access check: Use this option only if your district provides Xello and your teacher has tested the route. If Xello is unavailable, use CareerOneStop and the BLS Occupation Finder in Career Fair Step 1.
In Xello
- Open Xello through your district sign-in route.
- Review career clusters and save at least one that genuinely interests you.
- Open career profiles and save three careers you would be willing to investigate further.
- Complete the investigation or reflection prompts Xello presents when you save a career.
- Take one screenshot of the saved cluster and one screenshot of the three saved careers.

Upload both screenshots. Put the reflection sentence in the submission comments.
