The logistics day — cards, device numbers, logins — with a game at the end so it does not feel like paperwork.

🎒 What you need: VILS cards, the Chromebook cart, your Chromebook rules presentation, and Gimkit ready to launch.

1. Bellringer: students find their VILS card as they walk in.
2. Assign Chromebook numbers and record them. Students return to the same numbered machine every day.
3. Walk the Chromebook rules and etiquette presentation — handling, charging, what not to install, and what to do about damage.
4. Everyone logs into the VILS Canvas course. Expect password resets; budget more time than you think.
5. Close with Gimkit — Chromebook and VILS Rules 2025 to lock the rules in. It is a 96-question kit, so cap the round.

✅ Wrap up: Before they leave, every student should know their Chromebook number and be able to reach the Canvas course without help.
